PAD ONE GIRL CHILD PROJECT TAMALE EDITION
Her Period Should Never Stand Between Her and Her Dreams.
Imagine being a young girl with dreams of becoming a doctor, teacher or leader, yet struggling every month to afford something as basic as a sanitary pad.
For vulnerable girls in underserved communities in Tamale and surrounding areas, menstruation can bring discomfort, embarrassment and unnecessary challenges.
No girl’s dignity, education or confidence should be compromised simply because she cannot afford menstrual essentials.
Our Mission: Bringing Dignity and Hope to Girls in Tamale.
As part of our nationwide mission to reach all 16 regions of Ghana, Serene Future Foundation is bringing the Pad One Girl Child Project to Tamale in the Northern Region.
Through this upcoming outreach, we aim to support vulnerable girls with sanitary pads, menstrual hygiene kits, menstrual health education, health screenings and essential reproductive health awareness.
Our mission goes beyond giving sanitary pads. We want every girl we reach to feel valued, protected, empowered and confident about her future.
Just GH₵50 Gives Her One Month of Dignity.

GH₵50 — Provides one girl with a month’s supply of sanitary pads.
GH₵150 — Gives her three months of menstrual protection.
GH₵300 — Supports her for six months.
GH₵600 — Gives her an entire year of menstrual protection.
