A Personal Journey into Service.
Some journeys stay with us long after we return home.
For Edwin Dela, travelling through Ghana brought him closer to children walking
long distances for water before school, girls navigating menstruation without
essential support, mothers with limited health information, and young people
whose ambitions needed opportunity.
Behind every challenge was a person with a dream and a future that mattered.
Their resilience stayed with him, along with a question: What can I do, with
what I have, to help someone else move forward?
Raised in a humble, compassionate home, Edwin had learned that service
begins when another person’s struggle matters enough for us to act.
Serene Future Foundation is that belief brought to life.
It is a commitment to bring people, knowledge and resources together so
communities can build healthier lives, greater opportunity and a more
resilient future.
Our hope is that one day, someone will look back and say:
“Serene Future Foundation helped us believe again. They were part of
our turning point.”

What We Do
Water, health, learning, opportunity and the environment all affect one another. A girl who has clean water at school is more likely to stay in class. A young person with a skill can pay for her family’s health care. So we work on all four together, and we plan every project so it keeps working after we leave.

Pad One Girl Child Project
No Girl Should Have to Face Her Period Without Dignity.
Imagine a young girl getting her period but having no sanitary pad, no one to guide her, and no means to care for herself with confidence. For many girls in underserved communities across Ghana, this is a difficult reality.
Through Serene Future Foundation’s Pad One Girl Child Project, we are working to change this by providing sanitary pads, menstrual health education, health screenings, and community awareness.
With just GH₵100 or more, you can help put sanitary pads in the hands of a girl who needs them. Your generosity can bring relief, restore dignity, and remind a young girl that she matters.

Community Borehole Project
Clean Water Should Never Be a Privilege. It Is a Basic Human Need.
Imagine waking up every morning not knowing where your next bucket of clean water will come from. Imagine a mother worrying about the water her children drink, or a young girl spending precious hours searching for water instead of focusing on her education.
For many families in underserved communities, access to safe water remains a daily struggle.
Through Serene Future Foundation’s Community Borehole Project, we are working to bring a reliable source of clean water to Chiana-Saa, Kasena-Nankana, in Ghana’s Upper East Region — helping families access water for drinking, cooking, washing, and everyday living.
