Through this program, we train, educate, and help the youth especially be aware of their mental health, teach them healthy habits and train them on how to handle mental health care.
We would be heading into remote areas to provide menstrual products to young girls in remote areas and educate them on menstrual hygiene, sex education, and personal hygiene to the youth in these areas.
