Serene Future Foundation is opening volunteer opportunities for passionate, committed, and purpose-driven individuals who want to be part of real community impact in Ghana.
As a nonprofit foundation in Ghana, our work focuses on clean water, WASH projects, women and children’s health, menstrual health education, climate action, sustainability, youth empowerment, and community development. We believe meaningful change happens when people come together with compassion, skill, discipline, and a shared commitment to serve.
We are looking for volunteers who are ready to support our mission of building healthier, cleaner, skilled, and climate-resilient communities across Ghana.
Available Volunteer Roles
We are currently recruiting volunteers for the following roles:
Regional Coordinators
Regional Coordinators will help represent Serene Future Foundation across different regions, identify community needs, support local partnerships, and coordinate regional volunteer activities.
General Volunteers
General Volunteers will support outreach programmes, field activities, community engagements, cleanups, training sessions, health campaigns, and other foundation projects.
Project Team Members
Project Team Members will assist with planning, organising, and implementing foundation projects under our key focus areas: water access, health and dignity, climate action, and youth skills development.
Community & PR Managers
Community and PR Managers will help build strong relationships with communities, local leaders, schools, partners, stakeholders, and the public.
Research Team Members
Research Team Members will support community needs assessments, data collection, impact tracking, project research, surveys, and reporting.
Comms & Media Team
The Communications and Media Team will support content creation, photography, videography, social media, storytelling, project documentation, and public visibility.
Logistics & Field Support Team
This team will help coordinate materials, transport, event setup, field movement, supplies, and practical support during foundation activities.
Events & Campaigns Team
The Events and Campaigns Team will support awareness campaigns, volunteer activities, fundraising events, community outreach programmes, project launches, and public activations.

This opportunity is open to students, professionals, creatives, educators, health workers, researchers, community leaders, media personnel, environmental advocates, and anyone with a genuine heart to serve.

Through these areas, Serene Future Foundation works to provide practical support for underserved communities, improve access to clean water, promote menstrual health education, support maternal and child health, encourage tree planting and sustainability, drive clean energy projects, and equip young people with skills for the future.
